This is a great accommodation very close to the ferry port. The staff was really nice, polite and attentive and our check in and check out went smoothly. Our room was well equipped, modern and clean. There's also a rooftop area we could access, unfortunately due to bad weather we couldn't enjoy this much. There were coin laundry, water fountain and vending machines on our floor that were very convenient to use. The breakfast had great variety and we could have coffee for free during the day as well. The hotel is very eco-conscious and rewarded us for not asking for extra towels or cleaning. The hotel has a sake bar next door that was also great. There's a Family Mart about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Would recommend booking.

The staff was particularly kind, smiling and helpful. They helped us on more than one occasion and were fundamental to the success of our stay in Ishigaki. The position of the hotel is fantastic if you need to catch a ferry to the other islands and it's also near lots of places to eat. We made good use of the laundry, cheap and easy to use. The room was clean, well furnitured and very quiet (if you keep the windows closed). Good air conditioning. Good breakfast, we particularly appreciated yogurt with cereals.

Staff was very friendly and helpful - we were able to leave luggage before check- in time and it was brought up to our rooms We noticed that the reception was always staffed and we were greeted in English whenever we came in. Local specialties at breakfast and a "lounge" set-up with free drinks. Location was very convenient for our plans. We did not use the parking. Rooms were really nice and large, and there was an option to sit outside on the roof)
