This is a great accommodation very close to the ferry port. The staff was really nice, polite and attentive and our check in and check out went smoothly. Our room was well equipped, modern and clean. There's also a rooftop area we could access, unfortunately due to bad weather we couldn't enjoy this much. There were coin laundry, water fountain and vending machines on our floor that were very convenient to use. The breakfast had great variety and we could have coffee for free during the day as well. The hotel is very eco-conscious and rewarded us for not asking for extra towels or cleaning. The hotel has a sake bar next door that was also great. There's a Family Mart about 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Would recommend booking.

Very good location for the center of Ishigaki-jima city (Yaeyama) - very near to Restaurants, Bars, Shops and Convenience stores Good, clean and spacious room Very nice, friendly and helpful staff offering recommendations in the city Good breakfast buffet Very nice promotion of free beer 6pm - 9pm in the bar attached to the hotel

Look no more if you need a hotel in central Ishigaki City. Cucule is across the street from the bus terminal, minutes away from the ferries to all the Yaeyama Islands and walking distance from all the shops and restaurants downtown. The breakfast is great and the hotel is super clean.

The staff was particularly kind, smiling and helpful. They helped us on more than one occasion and were fundamental to the success of our stay in Ishigaki. The position of the hotel is fantastic if you need to catch a ferry to the other islands and it's also near lots of places to eat. We made good use of the laundry, cheap and easy to use. The room was clean, well furnitured and very quiet (if you keep the windows closed). Good air conditioning. Good breakfast, we particularly appreciated yogurt with cereals.

Central location to restaurants, ferry and shopping! The room provided a small refrigerator and safe that we used! Air conditioner that also heated the room was perfect when temperatures dropped to 50's.

The room I stayed was clean, comfortable and good size. The location of this hotel was excellent as everything is walking distance such as the bus station from the airport, ferry terminal to other islands, lots of restaurants and shops and even a rental bicycle or car shops!

Very warm welcome when arriving. Staff was very friendly and helpful - we were able to leave luggage before check- in time and it was brought up to our rooms We noticed that the reception was always staffed and we were greeted in English whenever we came in. Local specialties at breakfast and a "lounge" set-up with free drinks. Location was very convenient for our plans. We did not use the parking. Rooms were really nice and large, and there was an option to sit outside on the roof)

Great friendly staff, available water and cold tea. Good breakfast with local foods including explanations how to eat/prepare them. Lots of amenities to just take.

Excellent location, close to the port for day trips to other islands, and very clean rooms. Staff were super friendly and helpful when we had questions. We had breakfast included, which were good mix of Japanese and Western style breakfast. They serve free cold drinks in the buffet area most of the day which was great!
